The scars are everywhere
I am preparing to finally get some legitimate health screenings in the upcoming weeks. When I looked at my body I saw a lot of scars. I have scars that are both on the surface and within. I hurt.
I have a arthritus in my joints which makes me slow down at the end. I keep on going. I have to.
The pops and cracks in my bones rival the stiffness of my tendons and muscles throughout the day. I keep on going. I have to.
I’ve given everything I could for each day. So even if I don’t make it, I know I can go without regret.

Doc Pop Yogurt
The Doc Pop Yogurt
I had a chance to try a new creation by Doc Pop. The Doc Pop Yogurt.
Ingredients: Bacon, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Yogurt. Wowee! I would totally have this after I would eat an Elvis Sandwich, peanut butter, banana and bacon fried sandwich. Who’s with me?!
